For people that were asking about the photoshoot that spawned this icon, I got my friend that gave me the scans to send them to me again, since my hard drive got wiped in June. I also made a couple of wallpapers for her two years ago. I was going to offer to change the name on it for anyone, but I don't have the photoshop file anymore. :(
